Just Plain Folks, an international organization of musicians with over 12,000 members, has just announced the 2001 Music Awards winners. Here It Is, John McKone's debut album, was named Solo Instrumental Album of the Year. The title track was also awarded second place in the Solo Instrumental Song of the Year category.

Here It Is was selected from 2,400 albums and over 35,000 songs.
